Vivian Minten will start as Managing Director of the HR-tech intermediary Circle8 on January 8, 2024. In her new role the former director of Brunel will be responsible for the further growth of Circle8 in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. The appointment marks the next phase in the international growth plans of Circle8, a part of the Swiss Circle8Group.

With her relevant background and commercial expertise, Vivian Minten is the designated person to lead the Benelux organization towards accelerated growth. “The goal is to grow Circle8 Benelux further to a turnover of 1.5 billion euros by early 2027,” says Ineke Kooistra, CEO of Circle8 Group. “We will continue to expand in this region from our areas of expertise, including MSP, contract management, and recruitment. I am confident that Vivian will succeed in this. With her leadership style in which people are central and her digitally driven mindset, which fits perfectly in our tech strategy, she is the perfect colleague for us.

Dynamic Character
Until today, Minten was responsible as senior director of Strategic Sales and Marketing within Brunel for marketing, sales, and innovation. Prior to this role, Vivian held various management and executive positions in the financial services sector, including at Rabobank, EY, and Allianz. At Brunel, she became involved in IT Staffing & labor mediation, which turned out to be a perfect fit for her. “The dynamic character of Circle8 immediately appealed to me. I look forward to leading this company into the next phase,” says Minten. “Circle8 is very much in development, and I find it fantastic to contribute to that by building teams and growing together. The first impressions feel very good, including the warm welcome. My focus in the coming period will be on broadening the presence of Circle8 in the market and exploring further innovative solutions.”
